NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING (SGM)

Meeting to be held: Monday 23rd November 2026 at 7pm

Special General Meeting (SGM) is called for the purpose of fixing the annual fees, levies and honoraria, electing the officers of the Association and any other business brought forward.


MEMBERS OF THE BOARD:

Requires a vote for (3) Board Members


The three (3) management Board Members who are standing down as per Rule 11.4.1 and 11.4.2 are:


  • Anne-Marie Adams: standing down by rotation - confirmation to follow on Thursday 29th October regarding if seeking election again

  • Shannon McNab: standing down by rotation - confirmation to follow on Thursday 29th October regarding if seeking election again

  • Russell Plank: standing down by rotation - confirmation to follow on Thursday 29th October regarding if seeking election again

CONTINUING MEMBERS OF THE BOARD NOT REQUIRING RE-ELECTION:

  • Toni Hartnell

  • Crichton Christie

  • Brent Markwick

  • Steve Shepherd

The proposed Fee Structure for the 2027 Season, will follow shortly.
