Eligibility Players must be aged 33 or older as of 31 st of December 2024 . Mixed gender competition, with flexibility to balance teams across ability and age grades. Competition Format 6-week competition : Monday 3 November – 8 December 2025 . Game slots : 6:00 pm, 7:00 pm, 8:00 pm. 9-a-side format including goalkeepers (structured based on number of entries).
